I don't know about you, but I LOVE me some edamame. Steven laughs at me all the time for getting excited about going our for Sushi purely for the edamame I always have to order. But, seriously...it's delicious. 

Edamame beans are soybeans that have been harvested before hardening - and then parboiled or frozen to retain their fresh flavor. 

Edamame is a great source of protein (8 grams in 1/2 cup) and fiber (4 grams in 1/2 cup). Here are some other great health benefits.
