It's Thursday which means another edition of Inspired Weekly.
But a little side note first:
When I started this post series 3 weeks ago I really struggled to come up with "stuff" for it. Today, however, I'm having a hard time choosing what to include. I'd like to think that's a result of one of my purposes in starting a blog - seeing the world through different and more intentional eyes.
I read a huge list of blogs daily (or try to, at least) and most times I just glance through the postings and say "O, that's nice. I sure wish I was that creative," or that I had time to do that, or money, or, or...but I'm starting to see that those are excuses. I might not complete every project that inspires me, but that's not the point. The point is that I'm looking for inspiration, I'm seeing it, I'm embracing it and it's making me better.
That being said, here's what I've got for you this week:
The color of this chest mesmerizes me. It's not turquoise or navy - it's this perfect in between. We have a chest sitting in the garage right now that is soon to occupy our entry way and I think I may have found just what it needs.
Do you see those lamps? Yep - they're hand made, WITH a tutorial. Um, yes, please. These are coming to my home.
I've been looking for a solution to our never ending problem of the mail. Mail is fun, but not when it's all over the kitchen counter, entry way table, office desk or a combination of all of the above. I really like these baskets and will be looking for some similar. (Thoughts or suggestions on where I should search?)
Questions for you:
What's inspired you this week? I would love to hear your thoughts.
What's your solution to the mail problem? Picture to accompany your ideas would be awesome!
